We are able to offer space to rent with virtually everything provided to freehold offices where the owner can choose a bespoke finish.

We recognise that some employers prefer to be located at office parks with good road links. To this end we provide office space which fulfils this requirement and we also strive to ensure that there are public transport links.

Through green travel plans we put into place car sharing schemes and where appropriate provide access into cycle ways.

The vibrancy of town and city centres is very much dependant during the week on office workers and we provide various types of space from as little as 100 sq ft for a smaller business to premises suitable for Head Quarter use in these locations.

We have achieved this by, for example, sympathetically converting a redundant chapel into flexible office space or on a brown field site constructing a contemporary designed building, utilising modern methods of construction and the latest in maintenance free materials.
