Our Environment

Our approach to developing a site is founded on reducing its impact on the environment.

We remediate highly contaminated sites, which have been polluted by a variety of previous uses, for example petroleum based contaminants, heavy metals and asbestos. These otherwise redundant brownfield sites have been brought back into sustainable use, which often includes a mix of residential, retail and leisure.

We consider new build sites in context with their surroundings, whilst carefully selecting and sourcing appropriate materials.

Existing developed sites are rejuvenated with a fresh approach, which has consideration to its position within the community.

With either our new build or existing sites, low or zero carbon energy sources and techniques are reviewed and implemented, where the most appropriate impact on the environment has been assessed.
