We successfully build houses and appartments in town and city locations in both contemporary and traditional designs. Our developments have also included purpose built retirement schemes, social housing and key worker provision

Our site acquisitions have varied widely and examples include redundant factories, decommisioned petrol filling stations, timber and coal yards, cinemas and public houses.

We have also renovated listed buildings, dating back to a Medieval timber framed merchants house through to an Edwardian mansion.

Greenfield Sites

The need for more homes cannot be satisfied by brownfield sites alone and sensitive development of strategically located greenfield land will help to overcome the shortage.

By building sustainable communities which provide employment opportunities, neighbourhood shopping, leisure, health and education facilities within the developments, we are making a positive contribution to the future.

We have the experience of master planning and bringing forward this type of strategic development, which also contributes to the provision of much needed affordable housing.
